We endeavour to ship the products at the same day or next day when we receive your payment into our accounts. However, in some circumstances it can take up to 4-7 Days to ship an item, using the following carriers: Fedex/TNT, DHL, Auspost, Brinks or Mondiale.

The service selected is dependent on the value of the item/watch sold/being shipped, your location, transit time, courier availability, cost etc.

In most circumstances, we have delivered shipments the next day after we ship, but if you are in a remote location, it can add from one extra day to a few extra days. It is also not uncommon to have flight delays, or other delays beyond our control where a next day shipment can be delayed by one business day to a few business days, although it is not very often, we see such delays.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us after confirming the delivery address for us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and we organized the return shipping/label for you, the cost of return shipping plus handling/admin charge will be deducted from your refund. We will advise this cost prior to booking your return label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or if we will receive it in the same condition as you shipped it, or if we will receive only part shipment e.g., the box with no watch inside.
