WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please think carefully while deciding to purchase a piece and ask any questions that you may have. We do not accept returns or change of minds. The returns dont apply unless the item received is different in condition or details from the advertisement, or it's damaged during the transit.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PAST SALES REFERENCES?
Yes, we have sold many high end watches across Australia and can supply references for past sales. We also manage and admin the biggest Australian Watch Groups and communities, with over 45,000 members combined, consisting of Australian watch enthusiasts.
I AM LOOKING TO ORDER ONLINE. WHAT DOES OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING MEAN? DO YOU GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE WATCH NEXT DAY OF MY ORDER?
The overnight express is the name of the service used. It doesn't guarantee that you will definitely receive the watch next day however in most instances, we have delivered watches next day. The delays are possible and not something that we haven't seen before. We request ordering 2-3 days in advance just to allow for shipping delays, payment delays etc.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept bank transfer, and Visa/Master Credit/Debit Cards. For any Watch purchases, please contact us using the email ID or contact form to discuss the watch details, shipping and payment details.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
We will arrange for shipping as soon as the funds are received in our account. If you're paying by bank, it can take up to one business day for the funds to clear into our account after the payment. If you're paying by credit/master/Visa cards, then it will take 2 days before we receive the funds.
Due to the premium service we use, and the insurance for high value of watches, our shipping partners also require one day notice to book/process the shipments.

Yes, most of the pieces listed on our website are consignment pieces. We specialise in consignment pieces and sell them relatively quickly and very competitive prices due to our exposure to the watch market. For a fuss-free sale of your piece through us, please fill in the consignment form or simply send us a message to receive the best prices and safest experience for your valuable timepiece.
CAN I INSPECT A WATCH PRIOR TO PURCHASE?
We are primarily an online store, but shall you wish to inspect a piece, we can arrange to send you video clips of the the piece you're interested in. We can also arrange for a face to face transaction/purchase in Perth, WA. We unfortunately do not have a physical store where we can facilitate to show full collection or viewing to try on the watches.

We are not affiliated with any watch brand or watchmaker, and as such we are not Authorised Dealers. We are an independent business, founded, run and managed by a watch collector and enthusiast Hafiz J Mehmood.
ARE YOU GST REGISTERED AND DO YOU PRICES INCLUDE GST?
Yes, we are GST registered for Australian customers, and all the prices include GST, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
