- The meeting will be organized in our private boutique, and it will be video recorded for security purposes. If you object to being video recorded, the meeting will be cancelled and will not proceed.
- In the event you damage the timepiece while viewing or trying-on accidentally, inadvertently or intentionally, you agree that you will be legally bound to purchase the damaged timepiece for our full advertised price or pay for the repair cost plus all subsequent and consequential costs, including a 10% admin fee.
- The price is firm and non-negotiable. The appointment is not an opportunity to negotiate on the price.
- The watch will not be reserved for you until we have received a payment, or we are provided an evidence of payment being sent by you.
- Should you wish to purchase the timepiece while viewing, the purchase can be completed along with the collection at the same time, only if we have received the funds in our account in full at the same time.
- If there are banking delays, the watch will not be released and it will remain our property until such time that we have received the payment in full in our bank account. You will be informed to collect the timepiece after the funds clear.
- Each Viewing Request Form is reviewed manually and we reserve the right to ask for more information and do additional identity checks before the request can be accepted.

IWC Ingenieur Automatic 40 — Genta’s design, reimagined
The Ingenieur is one of the few luxury sports watches with an unbroken line to the golden era of integrated-bracelet design. Gérald Genta — the designer behind the Royal Oak and the Nautilus — applied the same integrated-bracelet philosophy to the IWC Ingenieur SL in 1976, producing a 40mm anti-magnetic tool watch with a distinctive round bezel secured by five polygonal screws and a bracelet that flowed directly from the case without a visible lug-to-bracelet gap.
When IWC relaunched the Ingenieur in 2023, it chose to honour that 1976 design rather than reinterpret it. The Ingenieur Automatic 40 is a comprehensively re-engineered watch built around Genta’s original visual architecture — the five-screw bezel, the round case, the integrated bracelet — but updated with a manufacture movement, improved ergonomics, and dial configurations that didn’t exist in 1976.
The aqua dial version, reference IW328903, is the most visually arresting of the launch references. It is the one that collectors and press reached for first.
The aqua “Grid” dial — what makes it distinctive
The dial is not simply aqua-coloured. It carries IWC’s “Grid” structure: small lines offset at 90 degrees to each other, creating a textured surface that catches and fragments light differently depending on angle and lighting conditions. The result is a dial that reads as blue in some lights, green in others, and something between the two in natural daylight. It is one of the most dynamic dial finishes in the current IWC catalogue, and it reads as deliberate rather than decorative — the texture gives the dial depth without adding visual noise.

- We inspect the finer details of the watch upon receiving, which includes an in-depth inspection of the dial, the movement and finer components.
- The watch is tested and verified using sophisticated and modern Swiss machines we have available in-house. This includes:
- Watch movement health check which includes its movement timekeeping/accuracy, amplitude a
- Upon authentication and examination, a pressure testing is completed to evaluate its water resistance
You are also welcome to authenticate the watch when you receive it from us. Our return policy is that you can return any watch you purchase from us within 01 day if you find any issues or if the watch is not as we described it to be, to receive a full refund.
We are a preowned and/or pre-loved watch dealer meaning that while the watch may be unused, unworn and new in condition, it was previously owned by someone as sold by the factory/flagship boutique of the brand such as Rolex, AP, Patek etc.
We take high resolution and multiple photos from each watch to showcase its true and as-is condition showing the watch from multiple angles. These photos form part of the listing so what you see in our photos, is exactly what you will receive when you purchase from us.

- There are no signs of use but there may be some handling marks. The handling marks mostly apply to older year/older stock pieces inherently from storage, handling etc. but can sometimes exist on recent year/fresh stock pieces too.

Unworn:
- The watch is not worn or used but there may be some light marks from storage and handling.
- The watch may be New-old-stock (NOS), not current dated (the date on the card is previous year)

Mint:
- The watch is not unworn, but it’s carefully and lightly used. There may be little to no signs of use, hairlines, surface marks with no deep dents or scratches of note unless you inspect up close, at a particular angle or using a loupe etc. i.e. the marks may not be discernible in day-to-day wear.
- The watch may have been lightly refinished/polished to make it retail ready, unless specified otherwise.
- No dents or dings visible to unaided human eye or can be physically felt when you rub your finger over the surface.
- No chips on the crystal visible to unaided human eye.
- No cracks on the crystal.
- Movement running adequately and the watch is keeping time.
