From 2019 onward, Patek replaced the Calibre 324 SC with the updated 26-330 SC, which introduced hacking seconds — the ability to stop the seconds hand by pulling the crown — and a Silinvar Spiromax balance spring for improved magnetic resistance. The 2017 example retains the original 324 SC: a different and earlier movement configuration, and the one carried by every 5711 from 2006 through 2018.
