SHIPPING/DISPATCH TIMES:
When you make payment via Bank Transfer, we endeavour to ship the products at the same day or next business day when we receive your payment into our bank account. However, in some circumstances it can take up to 4-7 Days to ship an item, using the following carriers: Fedex/TNT, DHL, Auspost, Brinks or Ferrari.
When you make payment via Credit or Debit Card, we apply a “Security Hold” for 2 full business days from the date of the payment, before we will ship the item to you. Once the security hold is completed, we endeavour to ship the products the next day. However, in some circumstances it can take up to 4-7 Days to ship an item, using the following carriers: Fedex/TNT, DHL, Auspost, Brinks or Ferrari.
Please note that the above timelines will be extended in the event we are closed for public holidays or for other announced temporary closures. When we are closed, this will be announced on the top banner of the website or if you speak with us prior to the purchase, we will inform you the exact shipping dates.
The shipping courier selected is dependent on the value of the item/watch sold/being shipped, your location, transit time, payment method, courier availability, cost etc.
For security and insured shipping, we may ask you to provide us with a copy of your photo ID that may further be verified by the delivery driver before delivering. Shall you fail to produce the photo ID before the booking or at the time of delivery, the item will not be shipped/delivered and we may refund in all such circumstances. The amount refunded will be the total amount you paid minus the card processing fee and any shipping cost, that may have applied.
DELIVERY TIMES:
In most circumstances, we have delivered shipments the next day after we ship, but if you are in a remote location or in ACT, it can add from one extra day to a few extra days. It is not uncommon to have flight delays, or other delays beyond our control where a next day shipment can be delayed by one business day to a few business days, although it is not very often that we see such delays.
INSURED SHIPPING (if applicable).
We ship fully insured via overnight express shipping. The overnight express shipping doesn’t guarantee that the item will be delivered the next day, but it intends to deliver the next day, and in most cases, we have delivered watches the next day from the dispatch.
Please note that while the watch/item delivered to you comes fully insured, there’s a set of requirements you must fulfill, follow and meet to be able to claim insurance. In the event, you can’t provide the evidence as follows, or haven’t followed the precautions, the refund and insurance may become null and void.
When we deliver an item to you:
- The box will be sealed with the shipping label on both sides, or inside a sealed bad with a unique seal number. You agree that you will verify that neither the seal is damaged nor there’s any signs of the original label bring ripped or torn apart before you receive the item.
- You agree to visually check all the sides of the box and report any issues or signs of potential third party intervention during transit, prior to unboxing.
- You agree that you will video record receiving and unboxing of any item that we have delivered to you to be able to produce evidence in the event when there is an insurance claim for a missing, stolen or damaged product in transit.
- You agree that if you are not able to produce a video evidence of you receiving our shipping (sealed) box with a damaged seal, damaged label, damage content, missing item, empty shipping box etc. then the insurance will become null and void.
- You agree to visually check all the sides of the box and report any issues or signs of potential third party intervention during transit, prior to unboxing.
- You agree to unbox and inspect the watch as soon as you have received the item from the courier. Failing to inspect and verify within 3 hours of delivery may jeopardize the insurance.
- You agree and understand that you once the item is delivered to your address, the insurance cover is over and that any damage, stealing or activity that takes place at your address or by the person receiving it is not covered under our insurance and that you will remain responsible for all such loses and damages.
- You agree to check and inspect the item/watch that we delivered to you the same day and as soon as possible, both for its condition to be consistent with how we described it, and for its function (timekeeping, hands movement, date change etc.). In the event there’s any observations or issues, you agree to report to us the same day to facilitate a return or insurance.
- You agree that you will verify the shipping box to match with the photos that we may have sent to you at the time of shipping, and report any issues to us prior to opening the box.
In the event when you received the shipping box differently from how it looked in the photos that we may have sent to you at the time of shipping, and you fail to report it to us prior to unboxing, you agree that the insurance claim will become null and void.
