- You agree to not try-on and handle the timepiece during the appointment. We will facilitate the viewing by handling the timepiece ourselves.
- The meeting will be organized in our private boutique, and it will be video recorded for security purposes. If you object to being video recorded, the meeting will be cancelled and will not proceed.
- In the event you damage the timepiece while viewing or trying-on accidentally, inadvertently or intentionally, you agree that you will be legally bound to purchase the damaged timepiece for our full advertised price or pay for the repair cost plus all subsequent and consequential costs, including a 10% admin fee.
- The price is firm and non-negotiable. The appointment is not an opportunity to negotiate on the price.
- The watch will not be reserved for you until we have received a payment, or we are provided an evidence of payment being sent by you.
- Should you wish to purchase the timepiece while viewing, the purchase can be completed along with the collection at the same time, only if we have received the funds in our account in full at the same time.
- If there are banking delays, the watch will not be released and it will remain our property until such time that we have received the payment in full in our bank account. You will be informed to collect the timepiece after the funds clear.
- Each Viewing Request Form is reviewed manually and we reserve the right to ask for more information and do additional identity checks before the request can be accepted.

The Datejust was introduced in 1945 as the first self-winding wristwatch to display the date in a window, and the 36mm case is its original and defining proportion. It preceded the 41mm by decades, and it remains the size that most accurately reads as a Datejust — balanced, versatile, neither oversized nor a dress watch scaled up from something smaller. The 36mm sits with equal authority on any wrist, which is why it has never been replaced, only extended.
The reference 126231 is the two-tone Datejust 36 in Oystersteel and Everose gold: steel case, Everose gold fluted bezel, and a five-link two-tone Jubilee bracelet combining polished Oystersteel and Everose gold links. - The watch is not unworn, but it’s carefully and lightly used. There may be little to no signs of use, hairlines, surface marks with no deep dents or scratches of note unless you inspect up close, at a particular angle or using a loupe etc. i.e. the marks may not be discernible in day-to-day wear.
- The watch may have been lightly refinished/polished to make it retail ready, unless specified otherwise.
- No dents or dings visible to unaided human eye or can be physically felt when you rub your finger over the surface.
