Rolex Submariner Date 41 Starbucks – Bold Green, Timeless Black.

The Rolex Starbucks — current generation, brand new

The 126610LV “Starbucks” is Rolex’s current green Submariner Date — the black dial and green Cerachrom combination that continues the LV (Lunette Verte, French: green bezel) lineage through the modern 41mm case generation. It replaced the all-green Hulk in 2020 and has been the only green Submariner Date in the Rolex catalogue since. The reference 126610LV-0002 is the sporting, tool-watch expression of the reference: three-link brushed and polished steel, Oysterlock clasp with Glidelock and Fliplock.

This 2026 example is brand new. The green Cerachrom bezel is the current MK2 specification — the warmer, more vibrant green introduced in 2023, which replaced the cooler, more blueish-tinted MK1 of the 2020 launch. A 2026 example is unambiguously current production MK2. The black lacquer dial and white gold applied markers are pristine and unworn.

The white serial tag — and why it matters on a 2026 Starbucks

The white serial tag is Rolex’s serialised hang tag, attached to the watch at the point of original purchase. It carries the reference and serial number. It is the first thing removed when a watch is unboxed for use, and on the secondary market it is absent from the overwhelming majority of pre-owned Submariner listings — regardless of condition, age, or stated set completeness.

The white tag, the green NFC warranty card, and the green Superlative Chronometer seal constitute the complete documentation set. This is that set, complete and intact, on a brand new Starbucks.

What is the Rolex Starbucks? The Rolex Starbucks is the collector nickname for the Rolex Submariner Date reference 126610LV — the 41mm Oystersteel Submariner Date with a black lacquer dial and matching green Cerachrom ceramic bezel. The nickname comes from the black and green colour combination. Introduced in 2020 as the successor to the discontinued Hulk (116610LV), the Starbucks is the only current-production green Submariner Date in the Rolex catalogue. This listing is the sub-reference 126610LV-0002.

Why is the white serial tag significant on a brand new 2026 Starbucks? The white serial tag is Rolex’s serialised hang tag, attached at point of original purchase and the first item removed when a watch is unboxed. It is absent from the majority of secondary market Submariner listings regardless of condition. It carries the complete documentation set (white serial tag, green NFC warranty card, green Superlative Chronometer seal) on a brand new watch from an authorised channel.

What is the MK1 vs MK2 bezel on the Rolex Starbucks 126610LV? When the 126610LV launched in 2020, the green Cerachrom bezel had a cooler, more blue-tinted tone — the MK1. In 2023 Rolex shifted to a warmer, more vibrant green — the MK2 — which remains in production today. A 2026 example is unambiguously MK2. The platinum-coated graduation markings are present on both; the colour difference is visible in direct comparison.

What is the difference between the Rolex Starbucks 126610LV and the Hulk 116610LV? The Hulk (116610LV, 2010–2020) was a 40mm watch with an all-green sunburst dial and green Cerachrom bezel, powered by the Calibre 3135 with a 48-hour power reserve. The Starbucks (126610LV, 2020–present) is 41mm, with a black dial and green Cerachrom bezel, powered by the Calibre 3235 with 70-hour power reserve and the Chronergy escapement. The Hulk had a green dial; the Starbucks has a black dial — that is the defining distinction. The Hulk is discontinued; the Starbucks is the current reference.

What is the difference between the Rolex Starbucks 126610LV and the Batman 126710BLNR? Both are 41mm Oystersteel sport GMT/Submariner references in black and a contrasting colour, but they are different models. The Starbucks (126610LV) is a Submariner Date — a dive watch with 300m water resistance, a unidirectional 60-minute bezel, and the Calibre 3235. The Batman (126710BLNR) is a GMT-Master II — a dual time zone watch with a bidirectional 24-hour bezel, an independent GMT hand, and the Calibre 3285. Different functions, different bracelets, different use cases.

What is the Calibre 3235 in the Rolex Starbucks? The Calibre 3235 is Rolex’s current Submariner Date movement. It runs at 28,800 vph, delivers approximately 70 hours of power reserve, uses the Chronergy escapement for improved energy efficiency, and carries a blue Parachrom hairspring for magnetic and shock resistance. Stop-seconds allow precise time-setting by pulling the crown. Certified as a Rolex Superlative Chronometer to ±2 seconds per day.

Does this Rolex Starbucks come with box and papers? Yes — complete full set with original inner box, outer box, green NFC Rolex warranty card, manuals, booklets, and original white serial tag.

Can I sell or trade in my Rolex? Yes. Calibre24 buys and takes consignment on Rolex and other high-end references. Contact us for a current valuation.
